One Year (Limited Warranty)

Covers material and workmanship defects for one year; excludes normal wear. Appliances and HVAC follow manufacturer warranties.

Covers defects in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems for two years from the closing date, ensuring reliable performance and peace of mind.

All warranty requests must be submitted through our website for proper documentation. Be as detailed as possible when describing the issue

Response Time

Once submitted, a DMR Brothers manager will contact you within two business days to inspect the issue and schedule repairs.

Service Hours:

Warranty service is available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, excluding holidays. To ensure timely resolutions, please provide proper access to your home during these hours so necessary inspections and repairs can be completed efficiently.

Regular preventive maintenance helps extend the lifespan of your home. As a homeowner, you are responsible for maintaining your home to prevent damage. Key maintenance responsibilities include

  • Caulking: Regular inspection and reapplication of caulking both inside and outside to maintain a strong seal.
  • System Maintenance: Routine servicing of mechanical systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Filter Replacements: Changing HVAC filters regularly to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Drainage & Grading: Maintaining proper grading around your home and ensuring effective drainage to prevent water accumulation.
  • Product Care: Adhering to manufacturer guidelines for maintaining all installed products.
  • Brick & Stone Maintenance: Touching up mortar on stone and brickwork to prevent separation.
  • Tile & Grout Maintenance: Addressing grout touch-ups in tile areas to prevent moisture penetration.
  • General Upkeep: Performing other routine maintenance as needed to keep the home in excellent condition.

Homeowners must take steps to minimize damage in warrantable issues. Report emergencies like leaks immediately to prevent further harm. Submit claims via DMR Brothers Warranty Request and check our Emergency Procedures for urgent issues. Natural settlement may cause minor shrinkage and cracking, which varies by home. We offer a one-time shrinkage repair in the first year. For structural concerns beyond that, report them online. DMR Brothers ensures quality homes and reliable support.
